What is included in a standard yacht charter?
Each charter comes with a skilled crew, essential safety gear, fuel, and some refreshments. Each service might have additional inclusions — for instance, sunset cruises come with premium non-alcoholic drinks and snacks, while corporate charters offer meeting facilities and suitable catering choices.
How far in advance should I book?
Booking should ideally be done 2–3 weeks prior, and in the busier months from May to September even earlier. For corporate gatherings and private functions, reserving 4–6 weeks beforehand provides greater selection and time for personalization.
What happens if weather conditions are poor?
Your safety is our main concern. In case of dangerous weather as decided by our captain, we will offer an alternative date for your trip or refund your payment in full. We keep a careful watch on weather forecasts and will inform you the day before your trip if adverse conditions are anticipated.
Can I bring my own food and beverages?
Certainly, guests may board with their own food and drinks. We also have excellent catering services available, able to customize dining options to your taste. For safety purposes, we do not allow glass containers.
Are your yachts accessible for guests with mobility limitations?
It's our aim to accommodate all our guests. Some yachts are better equipped for accessibility than others. To ensure we meet your particular needs, please get in touch with us during the booking process so we can suggest the appropriate vessel and make any needed arrangements.
What is your cancellation policy?
For cancellations at least 72 hours ahead of departure, a full refund will be provided. Cancellations done between 24 to 72 hours before departure will be half-refunded. If cancellation occurs within 24 hours of departure, the fee is non-refundable except when caused by unsafe weather conditions or mechanical difficulties on our side.
